Equine Energetics Reiki, Cacao, & Meditation Circle

Rebecca will guide us through a cacao ceremony and meditation while Samantha and Brassy the horse share their equine-infused reiki to promote healing and balance.
This is a beautiful opportunity to experience mindful connection with the horses, allowing their calm presence to deepen our awareness and open our hearts.
Horses are intuitive and have a profound ability to mirror emotions, making this a truly transformative experience.
The Art of Receiving: A Love Shower Experience
1:30 - 5:00pm on April 12th in Rancho Bernardo, CA
This is a gentle, consent-based ceremony where women practice receiving love, care, and presence — in a way that honors the body’s yes and no at every step.
We’ll open with cacao, explore somatic awareness and consent, and move through a guided Love Shower practice in small groups, followed by reflection, integration, and contrast therapy, including sauna and cold plunging, as aftercare.
No fixing. No forcing. Just noticing what arises when you allow yourself to receive.
